Nexus Philosophy

The initiative as a whole aims for natural sustainability and the creation of quality.

The Nexus Philosophy

The Nexus Philosophy expresses the initiative as a whole: everything aimed at natural sustainability and the creation of quality, production and mobility of people and goods, in harmony with the environment and in line with planetary directives opposing the indiscriminate exploitation of local resources.

Organic Cities

Organic cities are the set of all functions that characterize and identify anthropic domains, distributed across the territory to create network systems that enable high quality of life for inhabitants while creating productive hubs capable of generating professionalism and wealth, pursuing peace and safeguarding the rights of humanity.

Vision for 2050

Nexus Philosophy proposes an answer to the question posed by the world's population: by 2050, two-thirds will live in urban areas. It is essential to think now about building a territory that expresses the best of urban life in the natural context of the agricultural system and intelligent use of natural resources.

Finite Resources

The program is structured on the guiding principle of "finite resources": every planned activity must necessarily be renewable and properly managed with a correct balance between input and output of the symbiotic anthropic-environmental system.
